Merringingi’ is a Bundjalung term meaning ‘to turn one’s spirit around’. Essentially, this is a creative, cultural mental health forum with Ceremony.

MERRINGINGI FOUNDATION
The Merrigingi Foundation is an Indigenous organization on Bundjalung Minjungbal Country, Northern NSW. With a mission to keep Bundjalung Minjungbal culture alive through connection to country, dance, language, art through cultural workshops and events. Our aim is to create a healing centre on Minjungbal Country, to provide a cultural environment where people can come and heal from generational trauma, through traditional practices. The word Merrigingi means to turn one's whole being around. We seek to provide an avenue for all cultures and all walks of life towards healing and wholeness.

Theatre Strong Mob Theatre project presented by Full-On Theatre with Mitch King, Uncle Colin Appo, Kerz Lake and Dave Houston. Strong Mob is an Aboriginal, ceremonial, theatre show featuring stories, dance, projections and live music. Full show coming in 2026, November.
